Processing Time - Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. (Excluding Holidays) We always attempt to ship your order within 1 business day. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM CST will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day.
Standard Shipping- We currently ship via UPS and FedEx. Most orders leave our facility within 1 business day provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification or the shipping address. With standard ground shipping you will usually receive your order within 1-5 business days of leaving our facility. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico addresses will generally take approximately 7-10 business days
Rush Delivery - We also offer rush delivery options through UPS such as; 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver to meet your more urgent needs. If you need an expedited shipment please choose one of these options.
When estimating delivery time, do not count the day the package will leave our facility! Examples below:

Place order on Friday PM, Saturday, or Sunday - Package leaves our building on Monday - you receive on Tuesday by end of day.
Place order on Monday - Package leaves our building on Tuesday - You will receive your package on Wednesday by end of day.
Place order on Tuesday - Package leaves our building on Wednesday - You will receive your package on Thursday by end of day.

*Please understand, while some orders do ship on the same day that the order was placed, depending on what time your order is received, some will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Also keep in mind that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Transit times for ground shipments from our facility in Wisconsin are shown in the maps below. Do not count the day the package leaves the facility when counting days. Start counting on the day after the package would leave our facility.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO- We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time. An option for you is to have your order shipped to a friend or relative who can then forward your package on to you.
International Shipping - We are sorry, but we do not offer international shipping at this time. An option for you is to have your order shipped to a friend or relative within the United States, who can then forward your package on to you.

-ProbioticSmart.com does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
-ProbioticSmart.com reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion to ensure proper delivery.
-ProbioticSmart.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) due to weather or any other circumstances. Tracking Your Packages - You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order -You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping from our facility by calling 1-888-873-9719 If your order has not already shipped we will gladly cancel your order and apply a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please do not email your cancellation request.
Undeliverable Packages - Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping charges, in addition to the original shipping charges. These charges are to cover the fees assessed to ProbioticSmart.com by UPS or FedEx for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them then the original shipping charges must again be paid.
